Good afternoon. My son stopped school to work. He's now 24 and considering going back. 36 community college credits completed. If he could knock out Lawshelf or other cheap credits, would TESU be a good route? Alternatively, he is entertaining a trade - maybe electrician. We're still investigating that. Virginia has a pretty good
"Fast forward" program. Just takes several months to drill through it. It's up to him. I just need to see forward progress

He could do both. TESU or UMPI both have good options, especially if he takes advantage of Study or Sophia.

Ding ding ding, that's exactly what I would recommend... He can start by taking classes from Sophia.org or Study.com that go towards both TESU and UMPI (general education/electives) while he's doing apprenticeship in a trade of his liking...
