I hope someone can help me!

I am a 26 year old disabled woman who want to get a degree online.I have been using sophia but now I am using study but the final exam uses- ProctorU. which uses the webcam which interferes with the technology that allows me to control the computer. Would anyone know of an alternative website that doesn't require the use of a webcam?

TIA

What degree are you trying to complete? Some schools don't have webcam proctoring. You may be better off at one of those schools. Not all schools and providers work well with the disabled as we saw with another forum member.

You will probably have to take at least one course with a webcam exam and if not through ACE then through TESU (or WGU or wherever) courses you have to take.

You can ask for accommodations but only if it actually has to do with your disability somehow.

You might have missed that in the OP's post.

Ah. You are right I did. Sorry my bad.

I remember seeing at least one (and I feel like there were a few) posts where new people just didn't like proctoring and were trying to find ways get out of it. I thought it was another one of those kind of posts.

Thanks for pointing that out.
