" Oakton on line classes are not available outside of the USA.
If you are here in the USA as an F1 student, yes you can apply on line with the 'regular Oakton student application' as a visa holder. The on line application is used by f1 visa student guests. You will receive an email accept letter in 24 hrs.
For on line classes, all students enjoy the lower, in district tuition of $136.25 per credit hour, plus a few additional student fee's, the online fee is $50 per class.
Here is some helpful registration information that outlines how to meet a prerequisite. Spring registration opens November 14. Both classes describe the prerequisite in the course description.

Are courses transferrable?
UC San Diego Extension is not a degree granting institution, however many UC San Diego Extension courses can be transferred to other colleges or universities. The transferability of credit is determined solely by the receiving institution. At Champlain, their data structures course is 3 credits, at $318/credit or $954 for the course total.

No. It is also 4 credits. I think it only has 3 starts per year.

Back when TESU required Calc II for the CS degree I was looking at taking it through UC Extension and TESU would not accept it. So definitely check with them first before taking any UC Extension courses even if they have an X in them that means that the UC schools will accept them.
