For those who ask - NO. Not a PhD.
At least not anytime soon. I'd have to be employed full time by a university first. My work as an adjunct is a good fit for a homeschooling mom, but if I got a PhD, I'd be too expensive (without the experience to match) thus potentially UNEMPLOYABLE. So, that's not in the cards for a long time. Though...am I up for it? I don't know. Ask me again after the memory has softened a bit lol!!
