Normally we say to finish your degree requirements first, then do electives or other courses so you have the highest probability of finishing in case life gets in the way.

Keep in mind you can transfer more than 90 credits to UMPI. For example, if you transfer in 120 credits, and do 30 credits at UMPI, then you have 150 total credits on your transcript. Same for TESU and some other colleges.
If you do 2 majors, make sure everything adds up to 150 including your transfer credit.
Also, make sure you meet CPA licensing requirements.
