I only spent a few minutes looking through the site but as far as I could tell, the BA program concentration is in English Language.  I don't just mean that the language of instruction is English (although it is), I mean the subject area is English and it appears to be a language prep program for people hoping to go to an English language grad school.  Then they have a bunch of GradDip offerings and a few Masters programs.  It might work for you if that's what you're looking for.  I didn't check out the rules re exams but it looks like this school is geared for people living in India and so there may be exam centers that you'd have to travel to for exams.
