advanced FEMA and TESC question

Hi,
can someone tell me if TESC accepts these FEMA credits:

IS-279 Engineeering Principals and Practices for Retrofitting Flood-Prone Residential Structures
IS-292 Disaster Basics
IS-393.A Introduction to Hazard Mitigation
IS-271 Anticipating Hazardous Weather and Community Risk
IS-340 Hazardous Materials Prevention
IS-324 Community Hurricane Preparedness


I have an old list and I marked that "these fema courses aren't accepted by TESC." I'm not sure if this is true or not, the EMI website says they're eligible for credit, but for some reason I thought that TESC wouldn't take them. Anyone know for sure?? I dont want to take them if TESC won't accept them. Or....if I take them and have them trascribed by FCC, would fema accept them then? Even after I've already been awarded 25 elective credits for them would they be accepted in addition?

I just had my TE evaluation completed yesterday and all of the following were given credit:
