:hurray: I would post more, but my best friend (whom I haven't seen in almost 7 years since she was in Russia) is in town. I am so excited to have passed though! This was my first TECEP exam, and I used ProctorU. I will say that some of the questions weren't really covered in the book, and were pretty subjective though. I think my background with work, volunteering, and in the various non-profits played a huge part in helping. Honestly a person could probably pass this pretty easy just by reading the new DSM-5 descriptions, and reading on the chapters on eating disorders, schizophrenia, & bi-polar.
I did use the Abnormal Psych 16th edition book, which is the recommended text, based on DSM-5. I'll probably be selling it, incase anyone here is interested.

Congrats! How long did it take for you to get your results? I just took a TECEP on Friday, but it was a paper test at a local proctor site.

I also took this tecep a few days ago and passed. Like you, I had a few questions that made me raise an eyebrow. This is coming from someone who took a semester of psychiatric nursing and read most of one of the recommended texts. It's definitely passable though.
Congrats

I took it online via ProctorU, and had my score right away.

When I took the paper test it took me about 10 days to get the letter in snail mail - it showed up on the TESC student portal at about 6 days.
