Penn Foster Upper Level courses at EC

Anyone know if there are any other courses at Penn Foster that would count as Upper Level Courses at Excelsior? I need to satisfy Excelsior's Information Literacy credit. I liked the price and time frame of Penn Foster's course, but now that they upped their enrollment requirements to 3 credits it makes it more difficult because I only need upper level credits. I am going after a BS in Liberal Studies and have 93 credits so far. Any ideas?

Do to the nature of what an Info Lit class is, I wonder if it is possible to exist in an UL form.
