I am needing 2 History UL exams to complete my BSLS at EU.
Any advise or comments on World Conflicts, Civil War or Rise and Fall Soviet Union.
I'm thinking Civil War and World Conflicts would be the easiest.

I haven't tried "rise and fall of the soviet union" but EVERYONE who has advises against it, unless absolutely necessary. Civil war isn't too difficult, but requires extensive study.

I haven't taken ECE World Conflicts so I can't empirically comment about that exam other than to say it is 3 times more expensive than the other 2. Prometric is offering free DSST practice tests through the end of November and Free CLEP Prep has a free USSR practice test that I found helpful. With these resources and IC you can study for and pass both these DSST UL tests in 2 weeks. Try out the practice tests and see where your interests and historical understanding are and do the tests that actually excite you. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I've taken all three tests. I suggest Civil War and Soviet Union. I spent two weeks studying for each test and passed 75 & 64 respectively. I studied with the help of IC and Specific Feedback. I studied 6 weeks for ECE World Conficts - there are no IC cards and limited Specific Feedback. The World Conflicts test requires a more-than-surface knowledge of International Relations and the United Nations. The test is 130 questions, costs $275 - I passed (A)!
I found the Civil War interesting, the Soviet Union daunting but doable, and World Conflicts like having your gums scraped.
Good luck with whatever tests you end up taking!

I agree with Storyteller, take the Civil War exam and the Soviet Union exam. I studied about the same for both, 3 weeks each, using IC and passed them both.
