Anyone,

Try as I might, I cannot find how to cancel this account. I'm not using this anymore because I've passed my last test but, I'm beginning to wonder about this now. It's like the Hotel California, you can check in but, you can never leave. I've tried calling the number listed that only gives a recording. I've tried canceling the account but, it says it doesn't recognize my account #. Lastly, I finally tried e-mailing InstantCert and they don't respond. I don't want to pay for something I'm not using. Can anyone help me? I'd appreciate it.

You might actually try to call the credit card company that instant cert is charging to. I had to do this previously with a magazine company, and I called my credit card company, so they took off the charges, and even somehow contacted the magazine company to let them know not to charge the account anymore. If all else fails, you can always cancel your credit card and re-open it with a different number. Wow, I guess I know what I soon get to look forward to!!!

Hi, write to webmaster@instantcert.com and tell him your name/ screen name. It should be taken care of very promply. You can also write to the mailing address in NC (on the home page)

We make the process to cancel unbelievably easy.

Either:
1> Send me an email at webmaster@instantcert.com with your username
2> Log into the Members' Area, click the Contact Us tab, and you'll find a cancel link provided there for you.
