Will studying the GRE book be enough for the CLEP?

Hi everyone,

So I'm planning on taking the Introductory Psychology CLEP exam soon and my friend gave me her old Kaplan 5th edition GRE Psychology book. I have very little prior knowledge of psychology and was wondering if studying the GRE book will be enough for the CLEP exam? Or should I look into studying something else?

I'm wondering if the GRE isn't too deep? Keep in mind it assumes you've MAJORED in psychology- taken 30-something credits in the subject. For the 101 class you might be headed in the wrong direction. I think in this case, you might want to keep it for reference but look at the InstantCert cards as well as a copy of REA CLEP Psychology from your library.
