Will my credits (20 years old) be accepted?

I graduated from a B&M college with an Associates degree 20 years ago. I want to get my BA from either EC or TESC (prefer TESC). I was going to apply to each to see how many (if any) of my credits will be accepted, but thought I would share a couple of my concerns with you guys before applying. My questions...By applying, will EC and TESC let my know which credits are accepted, or will I have to enroll to get this information? Based on your experiences, what is the probabilty of my credits being accepted? Any advise is appreciated.

Excelsior had no problem accepting all of my 60 credits from the ahem 70's:eek:

The only two areas where I've seen this being an issue is with IT credits and business credits (since the curriculums and skill sets change fairly quickly). If you have mostly General Education credits then I wouldn't worry about it, and even if you had old business credits, they will probably still count them as electives.

Geezer is right. If I remember well, it was 10 years for IT credits, 20 for business and that restriction only applies to "the professional component of Excelsior's business, nursing, and technology degree programs. I am going for my BA in Natural Science/ Math and TESC took all of my credits even the D's going back between 20-35 years. I have not taken a math or science course in more then 20 years.
