While you're waiting, sign up at Study.com and take:
COMPSCI 306: Computer Architecture, and
COM 120: Presentation Skills in the Work Place.
Also, register for the cornerstone ASAP - it's $300, but will save you $800 if you take it now versus waiting until July 1, at which point you'd have to take a 3cr course for $1098.
Once you get your eval back, you can see how many courses they bring into the CS degree (just because one school gives it a certain prefix doesn't mean another will too). At that point you'll know if you have to take any additional courses, and whether they're UL or LL - and you can take them at Study.com, or take a DSST exam if it's UL (if it's LL, you have additional options).
Of course, this is going to be more expensive than NAU, but it will certainly be faster and have fewer requirements. I guess that's the tradeoff you're looking for. I'd probably choose that as well.

It will be more expensive at TESU, but it is unlikely to be faster.
Assuming the OP applies to TESU, submits transcripts, and registers for the Cornerstone this week (will take a few days for the application to be approved and a month for the transcript to be evaluated), the earliest cornerstone they can register for is March 2019 term (reg dates 1/18-2/9 unless they pay for late registration for feb term, which ends 2/3), and the earliest Capstone they could register for would be April (pending on how long it takes for the transcripts to be evaluated, possibly March term if TESU is done before 3/3 and the OP pays the late registration fees). The OP can't register for the capstone earlier since TESU won't open the course for registration until they have transcripts in hand showing 100+ credits and most of the AOS complete. Either way, with a March or April capstone, the earliest graduation date they would qualify for would be September, which is 7.5 months away.
Given how fast people can get through courses at WGU (and I assume NAU is similar), and considering the OP already has knowledge of the retested courses, getting through the balance of 30 credits at either school shouldn't take more than 3 months at most. That is 4.5 months earlier. Even if they took 6 months, it would still be a 1.5 months earlier. My guess is they'd be done closer to 2 months given there are only a handful of new courses to be taken, the rest would be refresh.
I'd stick with NAU or transfer to WGU if speed or money is more important. If not repeating work is more important, then TESU is the best choice.

Nyvrem, how busy are you with life? Since you took NAU courses, how many did you complete in the 6 months? If you only require 30 credits from them, do you think you can finish those in the 6 months? I would think the possibility is high if you did so many with them already. If not, then think about transferring to TESU, but you will be paying more and taking at least 6 months as well.
BTW, how's it in SG? I've not been there for a while, I've been in the neck of the woods every year on travels, but only visited SG 3 times total... man, I still don't believe they charge you to go to the beach in Sentosa, and I got lost in the Bugis area once, my travel stories are really not the topic of the day, oh wells!

I was thinking faster/easier in terms of only having a few courses to do, rather than graduation date.
My personal choice would be the CS degree at TESU because he only has 4-5 courses to complete, 3 of which will be very easy. But that's just me. I'm going to go for ease.
Also, I like the idea of a CS degree instead of a CIT degree.

i dont think i'll go with WGU, last i heard - they won't accept international students or students living outside of the US.
i'm still comparing between NAU, or just knock off modules via SL/SDC and go with TESU.
I'm not in a hurry to graduate. I was actually thinking of getting an associates via TESU but then decided against it as it seem costly (i think it's over $3k ?!)
Don't think I can find other places that would 'give' me an associates with all my credits completed. Can't go with Pierpont since I'm international.

The option to graduate with a CS degree as compared to a CIT degree has crossed my mind.
from what I understand of graduate schools, if i was to move forward to do a Masters in Computer Sconce, they only want to see the modules that I have done (pre-req), as compared to the actual name of the degree. So I'm still good there.
But for employment wise, still not sure how this will work out for me.
Will NAU take ACE credits? So is there an option to take a bunch of Study.com/SL/CSU-Global exams (or whatever) all the way up to where you need to finish with them in a single final term?

when I did NAU, i had just left my previous job and was taking a break from work. I had time to do NAU and look after my kids. But since then, alot has changed. I got a job as a software developer (i'm given that title but most of what I do is just front end work). and i end most days around 7pm ish. between work, 2 kids and a family to look after - i actually thought going through SL/SDC to selectively pick courses that I have prior knowledge, run through them and pass, would be easier as compared to having the pressure of doing NAU and completing 30 credits it within 6 months.
i'm not really finding the fastest or cheapest way to graduate. i'm looking more on the 'most comfortable' way to graduate.
SG is expensive ! it's nice to visit as a tourist, but living here is just crazy. i dare say it's more expensive than LA and Hawaii since I've lived in those areas before. but it's a nice place to work if you're into IT. alot of companies need IT people.

i'll prob ask them, but i doubt it matters since i've max out on my 60 credits of transfer. i'll still need to complete the last 60 credits with NAU (30 done).
btw, i have an option to take some computer science courses for credit at a university here in SG. but those modules are considered graduate level. i could take them (since it's free - company paying) pay WES to have them evaluated then transferred into TESU as CS UL electives
Since you're so close to the degree at TESU, and you don't care about cost, you should definitely just do what I said in post #11. Get courses done while waiting for the eval to come through. I think you'll be glad you did - and it's the only way to see how they'll bring in those CIT courses anyway.

It depends on the school. Most CS grad programs have specific requirements which depend on whether you're coming in with a bachelors degree in CS or not since most CS degrees (at least in the U.S.) cover the same core courses. Therefore, if you're coming in with a CS degree, that will usually waive the prerequisite requirements. If you're coming in with another degree, and CIT would probably be included in non-CS degrees, they will scrutinize the courses you took to ensure you meet the prerequisites and will then bounce you back and inform you about any additional courses you need to take before you can be accepted into their degree program.
Of course, they may scrutinize your transcripts even if you have a CS degree, but AFAIK this usually doesn't happen except in very competitive programs, and in those cases, they will usually want to see the grades you received in specific courses in addition to ensuring that you've taken them.
As for employment, as a software developer, most hiring managers will want to see a CS degree, so they may not understand that a CIT degree is the same thing. I would imagine they would assume its the same as an IT degree unless you make some note on your resume that your CIT is equivalent to a degree in CS. Honestly, most software engineers I've hired have had a CS degree; if they didn't, then they were usually self-taught and either had a degree in something unrelated or no degree at all.

btw, how does the whole application process for TESU go ~ ?
1) Apply into TESU
2) Send all my transcripts in
3) Get a degree plan from them?
4) Fulfil my remaining credits via alternate means? (SL/SDC, etc)
5) Transfer those credits into TESU
6) Finish TESU capstone (or the new 3 credit course)
7) Apply for graduate?
