Hey folks,
I am considering taking both "Introduction to Environmental Science" from SL (comes into TESU as ENS-200) and "Environment & Humanity: The Race to Save the Planet" from Study.com (comes into TESU as ENS-201, same as the old DSST of the same name) since I figured they would synergize well and have some overlap making studying for them easier. They'd both be used as GenEd electives, so it doesn't really matter too much, though I have plenty of alternative options if needs be.
I would normally not expect an issue since they come in with two different course ID's, but I also know some courses are considered equivalent or "one or the other." So, I'm wondering about ENS-201 and ENS-202. Are meant to be considered equivalent, and therefore you can't get credit for both?
I checked the archives but couldn't find any previous discussions about it. I'm wondering if anyone else has suggested this option?
I know the ultimate answer is to ask advising, but I thought I'd ask here first since I don't have an advisor to chat with yet.
Thanks!
