Conceivably you could get a TON of credits in just a day or 2 doing it this way (depends on how many other languages you're fluent in).
Then, you can either enroll at TESU to get max credits applied (they will give you the most that I'm aware of for ACTFL exams), or else go to UMPI to get the remaining credits.
I Can Speak Bengali , Hindi & Urdu .
But Can Read & Write Bengali ..
Thanks Everyone | especially rachel83az & bjcheung77 .
So for 4 tests, and $603, you could conceivably get 48cr (24 LL and 24 UL); that would work out to $12.50/cr. You could do it in a single day if you wanted. Then apply to TESU, and get the credits onto a transcript. I'd probably take 4 Sophia or Study.com courses and transfer those as well, and you're done.

Nadim007 - How young are you? Do you have any commitments such as kids, work, whatever else that may take your time from studies? I agree the ACTFL is a great option to get credits. I am trying to see the ROI/Value of just getting credits on a transcript, it may get you the job... but what is in store for later? Since you're paying for the credits, I suggest "finishing" off an Associates with the same credits if possible, this way you have not only the 60 credits for the transcript, but also a credential to be laddered/extended later to a Bachelors.
TESU is great for taking your ACTFL language exam credits, you can get the transcripts to showcase your 60+ credits through the language exams and your Sophia.org credits after you finish some courses. Because you mentioned your apply for refugee status and have a pretty good wage, I think completing a degree would be more beneficial in the end. If you have commitments and some time to do homework, then find a Business degree or Liberal Arts at TESU as it's more self paced...
Having said that, it all depends on your situation, if you have no commitments at all and plenty of time dedicated to your studies, then completing a UMPI Business or Liberal Arts degree would be my recommendation. Essentially with UMPI, the faster you finish, the cheaper it gets... I think if you have experience/energy/time in the subject matter, it'll be a better option for you. But first, get your Sophia.org credits first... apply to either of these institutions to see which suits you more, if you want to go into IT, then PUG can work as well...

I would follow this exactly and recommendations to take the InstantCertCredit/Sophia.org/Study.com courses as is... unless you are going for a different major or minor, you can work on the Sophia.org courses first (Skip English Comp I/II) and then work on InstantCertCredit, then start on courses at UMPI.
