Excelsior's version of CLEP/DSST.

SO can you only use them if you are going to Excelsior or do other universities take them?

Most colleges that take CLEP or DSST's will take ECE's and TECEP's(Thomas Edison's version. Some different subjects are covered in each version

And where do you take the ECE and TECEP? Are they online tests?

no you can take them at some Peterson testing centers, I am not sure where else, I took 2 TECEP's at TESC and 1 ECE at a Peterson center in NJ. What state are you in? If you go the websites it should tell you where you can take them
