My DW is also looking into getting a degree from the big 3. She has absolutely no idea about what degree she wants(possibly Business Mgmt), she's primarily looking for the cheapest school unlike myself who was looking at the fastest option (TESC). After figuring out what school, she was going to choose a degree from the options at that school. She has no higher ed credits except for 15 CH from prior service army. I'm thinking TESC is completely out of the picture because of the high enrollment fee. Which school do you think is going to fit her needs the best?

Probably
Charter Oak State College then, but she'll have to do a "Cornerstone" and "Capstone" for her degree through the college.

A TESC Business Admin degree is still priced reasonably despite the enrollment fee and new Capstone requirement if she goes the testing route, since its Capstone course can be completed with the TECEP exam.
It does somewhat depend on the degree needed. Some degrees can be completed almost entirely through testing while others will require some or many courses, changing the cost considerations that would put one of them above another.

I'm an advocate of COSC. I began with approximately 15 credits as well. By using a few FEMAs & ALEKS (not many as I want letter grades on my transcript), many Straighterine classes, some DSSTs and other testing options like ECEs and TECEPs and a few online UL business classes, I hope to be able to complete my degree for less than $7,000. My plan is either BS with concentration is business admin or marketing. I have been collecting credits for several years. With the help of this forum, I have yet to spend 1 penny on transcript evals, application fees, enrollment fees or any fees other than taking my exams. This has allowed me to keep my costs low and progress based on the info in the COSC college catalog along with many valuable posts including the degree plans and wikis posted on this forum. I do not plan to enroll until I have at least collected 84 credits, maybe more. The reason for 84 credits is COSC requires 36 credits to be UL with at least 15 in my major. If I follow burbuja0512's degree plan for BSBA, I can do this without incurring extra expenses (which I cannot afford). Here's the wiki:
