Which of these DANTE tests are the easiest?
#1
I have taken many dante tests and I am looking to earn some extra credit.

I have yet to take/pass these tests and was looking for suggestions on which one to take with about 3-5 days of study prior to testing.

Fundamentals of College Algebra
Principles of Statistics
Substance Abuse
Art of the Western World
Western Europe since 1945
Introduction to the Middle East
Rise and Fall of the Soviet Union
Human/Cultural Geography
A History of the Vietnam War
Civil war
Foundations of Education
Life-Span Development Psy
General Anthropology
Fundamentals of Counseling
Managment Information Systems
Principles of Finance
Financial Accounting
Business Law 2
Money and Banking
Physical Geology
Principles of Physical Science

There you have it, those are DANTE tests I am interesting in taking and realize those are fairly hard compared to the other tests.

So which one would you suggest I try to take? I have no background in any of those areas.

Which would be the easiest to pass with 3-5 days of study time?

I agree that Substance Abuse is one of the easiest.

Also, A History of the Vietnam War was easy to study for. I'm a Canadian so I had no prior knowledge about Vietnam from any schooling, but it was an easy subject to spend a day studying for and I received a good score the next day. I imagine that if you're an American you would have an even easier time studying since I'm guessing that you would have more prior knowledge about it. Here's a list of some of the study resources I used: Challenge It!: DSST A History of the Vietnam War

The Civil War & Reconstruction test was a bit tougher, but I think you could get a good score if you spent 3-5 days studying for it. Once again, Americans probably have a large advantage over others in this subject.

General Anthropology involves a lot of common sense. I didn't even study for it or have any prior learning in it and I still passed. Smile

Anthropology. I used the SparkCharts Anthropology, I got them from bn.com for a 5 bucks, and you can print them off right away. I believe its 3 pages front and back, so about 6 pages total reading, I read them 2 times a day for 3 days and took the test, got a 58 only need a 47. But all i used was Sparkcharts and about 4-5 hrs total study time

I would recommend 'Human/Cultural Geography', or 'A History of the Vietnam War'

I spent three days on Vietnam using IC and reading The Ten Thousand Day War by Michael Maclear.
Very fun test.

For Human/Cultural Geography I maybe spent a few hours skimming Human Geography. Really just need to know the terms. Also used the multiple choice quizzes at this link.

Really could have taken it cold though.

I'd suggest the anthropology- it's kinda cool, not a lot of critical thinking. I used the REA book (it's tiny) and found a few free vids online. 5 days no problem.
P.S. You have the $10 off coupon right? That's good until March 31

I did History of Vietnam just by reading spark notes on their websites, and then taking their 50 question exam. It was very interesting. 1 day study

The only one from your list I've taken is Statistics. I believe if you study the IC cards very well for 3-5 days, you can pass that test with little or no prior experience. The curve seems to be very forgiving, as a lot of people have mentioned.
