I remember that a longtime member said something to the effect that no one reads this forum, no one cares about what is said on this forum, or that this forum has no influence. At that time, a few schools/companies had already posted on here, so I thought it was a strange and inaccurate statement to make. Off the top of my head, I know we've seen posts from TESU, Straighterline, Study.com, Coopersmith, Tor College Credits, Ed4Credit (they even gave us our own discount code), Verity, TEEX, and Penn Foster. Who else am I missing?

I ALWAYS recommend this site to any one with even a passing thought of getting some college credit. I think we have the most knowledgeable help available.
I thought I remembered something from ALEKS a long time ago too.

For some of them, you can search the member list because they usually make a username with their company's name. I can't remember if others have posted under their first names.

Out of all representatives posting on this forum, only StraighterLine's account seems to have been banned. Strange.

That is odd.their post history doesn't appear to point towards anything that would call for a ban.

hilarious milelol: Maybe they thought they were spamming. They did create their account in 2010 and had their last activity in 2012. I can't remember how well-known they were back then.
This account isn't banned.

Reading those old SL threads is interesting. When SL first started proctored tests it seems they were universally hated around these parts. Then there was some kind of wiki editing war. Wow!
