I was looking into the BSIT at WGU, but I'm a little confused about something. I not sure which certs need to be done to complete the degree? The degree forum wiki for WGU BSIT only has ITIL Foundations Cert, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and the CompTIA A+. Im a bit confused by the wiki degree plan because I was recently watching one of Josh Madakor's YouTube videos breaking down the degree. The certs he has listed are ITIL, AWS, A+, Project +, Network+, and LPI Linux Essentials. I'm a bit confused why the wiki degree plan doesn't list all the requirements? Thank you for any help you can send my way!

IIRC, Josh Makador is frequently wrong about his assessments. It's possible that the wiki needs an update, but I can't check on that right now. The wiki does sometimes leave out things that just don't make sense to take elsewhere. Some certificates are just cheaper to take while at WGU, for instance. The ITIL exam is nearly $400. If studied for prior to enrollment, but taken at WGU, that's a significant savings.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I got to skip ITIL with a transfer from ASU and skipped Project+ with a transfer from Sophia.
Remember the Wiki is crowd sourced so it's just people updating it with what they know and WGU programs tend to change at least every few years. Also, even if a YouTube video is 100% accurate at the time of making, changes may have occurred since then. It's always best to just get your info straight from the source.

Wait, what covers Project+ from Sophia? I didn't know they offered IT certs? Does Project Management cover it or something? Im trying to judge whether or not I should take these certs outside of WGU then transfer or take them at the school. My goal is to hopefully finish in a term.

Yes, Sophia's PM course transfers to WGU, which precludes Project+ certification.

Yes, project management from Sophia would replace that cert/course. Project+ isn't a highly sought after cert and it happens to be a major sticking point with of the technical majors needing multiple attempts so it's worth it to transfer in Sophia's version in my opinion.

What did you transfer from ASU that was for ITIL? Maybe I can knock it out.

CIS 105 - Computer Applications and Information Technology
At the time that I took it, it was $99. I'm not sure it would be worth it to pay $425.

I did a review of the WGU IT degree plan and it is up to date.
The only thing I would change is doing critical thinking at Sophia vs Study.com
I heard the Natural Science Lab is easy at WGU so you may consider doing it there.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

Definitely this. It would be a waste to do the lab course anywhere else.
