I am on an older tablet right now and it wont link. However, this topic is on the WIKI and it also is covered every few months. Just search the forums. If the search engine on here isn't working just go to your main search ingine and search COSC FEMA Degree Forum and it will bring up relevant threads. If you go to page 17 on this sub-forum, there is a thread titled fema/teex started by DIYcollegeMom from earlier this year.
