Hey, you may want to continue with Pierpont BOG AAS and ladder up to the UMPI BLS, if you're already thinking of going with them for the BOG AAS, it'll be an easier option to then ladder up to the UMPI BLS. They're one of the main universities we recommend here due to them accepting 75% of alternative credit transfer.

Oh, and as a backup plan option, you should review your previous threads, just in case Excelsior University would be an option for you. The main difference is the way you get the 30 UL credits at Excelsior or the 30 residency credits at UMPI. Basically, close to 90 credits would be the same, using mainly Sophia.org for lower level and Study.com for upper level...

Like climbing a ladder. The Pierpont BOG gets you halfway there since they and UMPI require a lot of the same classes for the Gen Eds etc and accept credit from similar sources. If you go the Pierpont BOG to BLS UMPI route it minimises the total classes you need to take to get both. It also gives you a halfway milestone and a ticked box if anything happens that kicks UMPI down the line a bit.

Thanks for the clarification

If you want an Area of Emphasis, I think taking one more history class at Sophia would give you a History AoE. Or pick up a FREE Coursera certificate through TADA and get an AoE in Information Systems. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Coursera The Coursera certificates are all open book, so they should work for you.
For the Bachelor's degree, I would definitely recommend UMPI for someone who has memory issues. ss20ts has also posted in the past about having memory issues and was able to complete a UMPI degree relatively quickly/easily. You might want to PM her about her experiences to get a better idea of what it's like.
On average, how long does it take to complete a Coursera certificate like Google IT Support Professional for someone without any IT background knowledge?

You've done the Sophia.org Intro to Web Dev and also Computer Essentials at a community college, that would be an awesome start to the basics. The Coursera Cert builds on those and some parts will be review. Depending on the amount of energy, time you have dedicated to completing the course, you can do that in 2-3 weeks watching the videos at 1.5x speed and doing the quizzes/peer reviewed assignments. For those who have IT experience, some have completed it in 7 days doing 5-6 hours a day and going at 2.0x, I can't process the video that fast, so the fastest I go is at 1.5x...

That's right, basically, you get the BOG AAS with Info Systems emphasis and be 60+ credits into the Bachelors degree at UMPI. You will have over half the degree complete, if you continue onwards with more Sophia.org courses, you can get up to 3 years or 90+ credits at UMPI, then finish the final 10 UMPI courses for residency requirements. So, it'll be BOG AAS > ladder up to UMPI BLS with a minor. Review the WIKI link I have on Peirpont, it has a section and link about the UMPI degree.
