How would I find out when when this exam is next scheduled to be revised?
I think this exam was last evaluated in Jan. 2013. So it would need to be re-evaluated right about now.
Does any one know if the exam is likely to be changed? I sent DSST an email, but they did not respond.
I'm just thinking ahead, and I don't want to be caught unawares by an exam change. TIA

That's not really how it works. DSST has very long periods between evaluations. They recently redid all of their exams switching from a 2-digit score to a 3-digit score. As Intro to World Religions is already a 3-digit test, I wouldn't expect it to be reevaluated any time soon. Probably not even this decade.

Totally agree for many test-takers! But I'm not sure that is the right approach in this situation.
Three of my children have successfully taken this exam. The materials they used were spot-on. I want my youngest to take it as well, but child #4 is only 11. I am hopeful the exam won't change before she is ready for it - might be a few years.

I asked my question on the DSST FB page. This is the response I got:
"The Introduction to World Religions exam was part of our annual ACE review that took place in January. We are working on a republishing schedule and messaging to the marketplace to communicate the outcomes. We appreciate your patience as we work to make sure everything is perfect for the go live of the new content."
What does "republishing schedule" and "new content" mean? Republishing could mean the test won't change but new content might suggest otherwise.
Thoughts?

I haven't taken a single exam, yet, but it sounds like they have a new exam coming out soon. It appears that they had the new material evaluated by ACE in January, and are prepping it's roll out. bleh. lol
Maybe I'll try to take two next Friday.

Update: This exam was changed/updated as of April 1, 2016. Anyone taken it since then? Thoughts about the new exam?

It looks like only one person has posted in the specific exam feedback since the change April 1
Username Evie, but only 1 post to that name, that person may not be around.
