When to apply for graduation?

My final semester starts Monday (1/8/24). I'm taking BUS-4210 Business Administration Capstone and PHI-1300 Intro to Critical Reasoning. Finishing up a couple study.com exams and if all goes well should be set to graduate with a BSBA in Accounting, a BS in Computer Information Systems, an ASNSM in Computer Science and Certificate in Organizational Leadership. Those two TESU classes are the only requirements I still need to fill for the BSBA and BS. All the requirements for the ASNSM have been met. The only thing I'm missing are the SDC courses for Organizational Leadership, most of which are done, just haven't submitted the transcript yet. Two more exams to take and then I'll send it in. I did message my advisor asking them to add my remaining SDC courses to my evaluation as "planned" (it's the weekend so not expecting to hear back). Is there any reason not to apply for graduation once the SDC courses show up on my evaluation? Anything left I need to do first?

I'm very nervous about the whole change of the CIS program from a BSBA to a BS and am hoping this does not cause an issue. If they consider it a second degree instead of a second concentration I'm afraid it won't meet the requirement of having 24 different credits because the AOS sections for each are only 18 credits. I did ask my advisor a "what if" question about adding a BS in General Management (formerly BSBA) to my plan, thinking it would be two BS concentrations and one BSBA concentration, and she said no because you can't have a third BSBA concentration. That's promising. I just don't know if she's leading me down the right path and will be devastated if I find out during my graduation audit that I've spent the last year headed in the wrong direction.
