Hey, guys. I'm curious to know if TESU automatically applies upper level credit to *all* microbiology courses, regardless of where the course is taken. What about pathophysiology? I ask this because Study.com offers both courses (in microbiology & pathophysiology) & they both transfer to TESU as upper level courses. Microbiology at Straighterline (which is labeled as a 200-level course) also transfers to TESU as a 300-level course. So, do you think a community college course (which is obviously lower level) in microbiology would transfer to TESU the same way - as an upper level course?
I should probably just contact TESU & ask them, but I figured I'd check with you guys first! There is such a wealth of knowledge on this forum. I greatly appreciate all the help!

I'm afraid TESU considers ALL CC courses lower level, even the course might otherwise be upper level if taken at a 4 year school. Personally, I think it makes no sense. If the content is the same, the credit should be as well, but that's not how they roll.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

Sadly, all CC courses from a two year college will come in as a lower level course. That's how TESU works.
If you have taken the course at a 4 year college and it was an UL course, then it'll transfer as an UL course.
The reason you see Davar, Saylor/Straighterline/Study.com having a few courses is because it's evaluated by ACE/NCCRS as UL.
They don't necessarily need to follow those recommendations for credit, but most of the time, they do...
