Just scored a 70 on Freshman College Composition. Continuing forward, I plan on taking Natural Science, Western Civilization I or II, Social Science and History, and Humanities. Any suggestions as to what might be the easiest of the remaining tests....

Wow... I wouldn't say any of those are necessary 'easy.' :-) What is your strength? It would really depend on if you're better at history or science or art/drama/literature.
I have taken all of those tests and my strongest area is history. If I had to pick which one I thought was easiest... I would probably say Western Civilization II. After that, Social Science and History, but only because I had done a lot of history and psychology before that test.
Again, it really depends on your area of strength.

Hey, great job on Freshman Comp! Excellent score.
I'd pipe up for Humanities, but that's just me. I love classical music, making one of the IC sections at least a breeze. If you enjoy discovering little facts about what mankind has been up to in the arts over the past few centuries, this one may be the one to take.
Western Civ I or II may also be a good choice.

If you don't need the humanities test specifically, I suggest substituting A&I Literature if possible. IMO, it's FAR easier; basically a 6 credit reading comp test.
