By that I mean like the REA books that are the latest editions available but I've completed the exams they go with. I was thinking of selling them as I finish each exam on eBay. Anyone have any good ideas on what else to do with them? I kind of got excited when I found this site and bought all the books I need for the CLEPs/DSSTs I want to take but most of the books I'm not going to want when I finish the exams. Thanks.

Ebay could be a good resource for selling them. I have put many of my textbooks and REA books on Amazon and I was able to sell them fair quickly. What I was not able to sell I donated to a student support group for people that can not afford study resource.

If you don't want to be bothered with E-Bay or Amazon, see if your Public Library or a local high school will use them. Then others in your community can benefit.

We have a sell/swap folder here too. I might be interested in your REAs, what do you have and how much are you selling them for?

You have two other options, too:
You are allowed to offer to trade/sell them on this forum.
You can also trade them (if they are in good condition) on
Swap Your Used Books - PaperBackSwap.com and receive books you want in return. (Thanks for the link Alissa! This is a fun website.) If you do this, still let us know what you posted so we can look them up.

Good suggestions, thanks. As for trade, I have to wait until I finish the exams first but I have some I changed my mind on taking that I've collected over the past few months. All told I have (ones in italics I'm ready to get rid of):
CLEP
Sociology (poor condition)
Psychology
Natural Sciences
College Algebra
College Mathematics
Business Law
Analyzing & Interpreting Literature
Humanities
Western Civilization II
Macroeconomics
Microeconomics
Financial Accounting
Management
Marketing
DSST
Organizational Behavior (from Ace the CLEP)
I have some others for DSST but I forget the title of the Substance Abuse text and the history/religion books I actually want to keep.
