Hmmm.  Can't allow people into stadium for graduation but ok to let people into stadium for football.
Rutgers graduation: If they can host football, why not commencement? (app.com)

Because NJ and NY have morons for governors who are both living in the world of do as I say not as I do. They've been working together throughout this mess and not helping the people of their states.
