If that's the developing business free course, for my TESU LibStudies, they told me I couldn't use it

Did you take sociology already? Saylor has a 2 credit course. For $25 it isn't that bad.
For $20 a month you could use an ALEK course in math.
You could take almost any other shmoop course you haven't taken if you still have the subscription.

ALEKS didn't get renewed by ACE, so if you didn't take the class before 8/31/17, it won't count.

The Sophia course is fast and painless. Do you have a course in your Free Electives that can be moved to your Gen Ed Electives? That way a Free Elective would still cover the deficit.
