I was told by one of the advisors at Excelsior that after you finish the last class you need to graduate they will automatically put you in the system for graduation.I didn't need to do anything. I just finished my last class last week. Does anyone know how long does it take to get into the system? Thanks.

Since I basically enrolled and graduated at the same time, my experience may be different than yours.
If you took an EC course, can you see that it has been completed and graded already under âCourse Registration Status & Course Completed Informationâ? If not an EC course, has the transcript been received under âIncoming Transcript Statusâ?
Has your âStatus Reportâ been updated?
Has your âGraduation Statusâ changed from Pursuing Degree to actual dates for Completion and Graduation?
My advisor told me that the Status Report was completed and passed on to the next person for approval. Within 3 days, I was assigned a graduation date.
Congratulations on completing your degree!

It is true that they put you in for graduation after you met the requirements. After all your credits have been applied your file is sent for final evaluation. For my degrees from EC it took about 7-14 days for the process to be completed and my graduation date to be posted. If you just finished up you will make the Nov 17th cut off for Dec graduation. I'm awaiting the final application of my last few credits currently and this is my expected graduation date. Your degree will arrive via priority mail usually within 3 days of the graduation date. They can't mail them until the graduation date. I hope this helps!
Congrats!
