Hello,
I was wondering if you happened to know of any good websites or courses for learning excel? I would ideally like a general course, which encompasses all levels of excel, but it would be great if I could simply take an advance course as well. In addition, I was hoping I could obtain a certificate from this course (for the resume) and that it would be affordable (under $500).
Thanks for the help guys.

These are two of the best ones I've found; haven't gotten any certifications through either yet, but they look awesome. Lots of different options/bundles to choose from, and it's way under $500!

scroll down under "Skills Measured"
click each + sign
for example
+ Create and manage worksheets and workbooks
that will cause that section to expand and show the skills MS considers necessary for certification
under the list of skills it has a section named "Preparation resources"

If you want something for your resume, you might consider
MOS Excel certification.

You can't get any certification from this, but I learned Excel using this guy:
http://thesmartmethod.com
He is amazing! He explains everything in a clear, precise manner, and especially for me being a beginner, that was awesome! (Also love the British accent

) He only goes to Excel 2013, so don't know if that's a deal breaker for you or not, but he does have Advanced lessons. There's also books you can purchase that go along with his course, as well as sample files you can download to go along with his videos. That way you can work alongside him. I don't remember if the books come with CDs with all the lessons on it, but you can watch all his videos, for free, on the website I linked above. My whole family learned excel using him, so we can't say enough good things about him!

I suppose you mean mastery of functions like if, vlookup, index, match, sumifs , sumproduct and offset . I found the course at http://excelcoursesonline.com excellent as it came with live chat support as I studied. UK students should try the UK version at http://onlineExceltraining.co.uk

I want to know what kind of material you need to prepare this excel certification. Do you need to pay renew fee?
