I have never taken a CLEP exam before and don't know what to expect. I just need a little bit of insight on what I should be doing to prepare. The advisor that I spoke with recommended this site and that the note cards would be a huge help. I just feel like I'm wasting my time with them. How are the tests formatted? I don't know whether they are essay, fill in the blank, or multiple choise. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Welcome!
I never took DANTES but I do know that they are multiple choice with about 100 questions.
You can find out more about it
here.
Good luck!

This is one of the easiest DSST tests. I am taking it myself on the 16th. Use the flashcards, Petterson practice tests and you should do fine. If you are a member you can read the test feedback which is the fifth option on the forums and that will get you update information from people that took the test. When are you taking it? You have either 90 mins or 2 hrs depending on the test and it is usually 90 questions.
