As far as I'm aware, they only really change it every 2 or 3 years at the most. They just updated/changed a few things this year so they're probably done for a while.

They actually change things quite a bit... easily multiple times per year. Most changes are based on student feedback and pass rates. Granted these are small changes, but they also do big sweeping changes every couple of years. The latter are the ones you tend to hear about on the forum since they end up affecting the degree requirements or the number of transferable courses.
While I was doing my MBA, parts of the program were changed or updated at a few different points. And that was in the span of 6 months.
