WGU MSML after MBA
#11
Quick update: I’ve finished my MSDA, but the MSML won’t be available until March. They confirmed that only 50% of credits can transfer, but for this program that doesn’t matter since they only accept very specific transfers—and all of those are already covered by my MBA.
So if I start the program in March, I’d need to take six classes total. That’s manageable, and I could probably finish in one term—if I’m still interested by then.
The recruiter actually advised me not to do the program since I don’t really need it, but also mentioned it wouldn’t hurt if my job ends up covering the cost.
If I remember this thread, I’ll post an update next year. If not, you can safely assume I’ve moved on and decided against it. Just wanted to share in case anyone else finds this info useful down the line.

That true! I am looking to buy a house, but it fun to take away from the mundane of work or housing market by focusing on other stuff. The MSDA was my favorite program and while I accelerated quickly through it, it was fun to go through.
