That's actually a really good change. In my nearly 25 years working in the medical field, I've found most hospital systems are looking for the MHA. I completed mine at a state university last year after spending my entire career in nursing/nurse management, and immediately got a job working for our area's largest hospital system as an administrator. I continually get inquiries from other hospitals asking me to consider coming to work for them because of my MHA.
