So how does this graduation application thing work?

Sent my ACE transcript which TESC received on 4/6 and am waiting for those 4 classes to post to my academic evaluation. Once that happens, the two classes I'm in now are all I need to graduate. According to TESC's website as long as I am in a class starting in March, April or May (mine started in April) I'm eligible for September graduation. Alriiiight!

But...

How do I apply for graduation by the July 1 deadline if my academic evaluation is short the 2 classes I'm in now? According to the website, I'd need to have 120 credits toward the degree and it would need to say "0" SH Remaining. The classes don't end until 6/28. So until they'er over and grades are posted my eval would say 114 credits and 6 remaining, right?

I am enrolled and all paid up, no residency requirement needed with the paid for already comprehensive plan but I have enough TESC credits regardless. Don't want to contact academic advisement yet until the ACE transcripts are posted since that should be soon.

TESC told me to just apply anyway. You should be able to apply through online student services. Double check with TESC.

Yes, you can apply. I was in a similar situation where my classes ended a couple days before the grad application deadline. Apply and send the graduation department an email saying those grades will be coming soon, and ask the professor to expedite any final grades.
