Using Sophia.Org/AMU student

Discussion Starter, hopefully.

Has anyone been using the free Sophia.Org courses since they are free? If so, any guides out there? Any advice? etc.?

I am trying to do a couple Gen Ed courses (Eng Comp, History, etc.) to finish up my degree, with AMU.

You should take everything you can from Sophia.org to get your General Education/Free Elective courses completed since it's FREE. Hmm, their Sophia.org transfer web page might not be updated here: https://apus.sophia.org/

Recommend confirming with the academic advisor but generally the course will transfer. Once you complete the course add it to your ACE Transcript here: https://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseacti...ripts.main

Once you have the courses added to your transcript and Sophia Learning has approved/verified that you completed the course you can submit through ace to have an electronic transcript sent to AMU.

Confirm with AMU how many you can transfer in. Your military credits count towards your transfer limit.
