Does anyone know off hand if I have to pay TESC an additional $75.00 to have new credits evaluated. I'm antsy to know how much credit I will get for the program I just finished, but I am about a month away from enrolling with them.

Can you not enroll under per-credit plan for now? I'm not sure the answer to your specific question, sorry.

To make sure I understand your question: have you already paid the $75 fee and received an evaluation, but are waiting to enroll? If yes, then you have six months to keep sending them transcripts to evaluate at no additional charge. I've been sending them a new SL transcript about once a month since my initial application in December and receiving an updated evaluation each time. I didn't actually enroll until May term. If that wasn't your question, could you help clarify?

They are telling me, that as an applicant I only get two evaluations. This note as at the bottom of the evaluation "You have received your second and final academic evaluation as an applicant."

asj1976, how are you receiving your evaluations? After my application was accepted, I got login credentials and was able to check my "Transcripts Received" and "Academic Evaluation" as often as I liked. In the five months I was an applicant, I simply sent them my transcripts as I completed SL courses and they appeared on the eval a few weeks later. In fact, my status still shows as "OSAPP Non-NJ Applicant" even though I'm enrolled for the current term. It might be best for a TESC veteran to jump in here and help set this straight since I'm so new to the process. I don't want to be misguiding people.

That's okay- they are still collecting your things, they are just not doing the evaluation. You know what you've completed, and have left to complete, so just keep track on your own to get you through the next couple months. An evaluation isn't "official" until you enroll anyway, and so they'll update everything once you enroll.

adavis84 - I am checking my evaluation the same way and I have the same status. Have you had any issues where you had to contact advising? I had to a couple of times and wonder if the comment was because I was crossing the line from just sending transcripts and contacting them.
Jennifer - This should now be a non-issue for me. I completed my first TECEP so sometime this week my status should change to enrolled under the per credit plan.

They did this to me too, before all of my transcripts were received. I just contacted them & stated that I had not asked for the earlier evaluations because I wanted my evaluations based on all of my transcripts... which they knew they didn't have because you have to list schools attended when you apply. They agreed to re-do the evaluation based on all of the transcripts once they were received.
