Is it still true that TESC is generous in assigning upper level credits for 200 level classes? or has this changed. With tons of lower level credits, this could be a deciding factor for me.
Is TESC more generous in this regard that EC or COSC?

You are mixed up. What TESC used to do, was allow 200 level credits in the liberal arts degrees toward the major (social science, liberal arts, humanities, math/science) it wasn't that they were
generous. The numbers were always the same- the distribution was different. In other words, Eng101 has always been and will always be Eng101.
They no longer allow 200 level courses as upper level inside a liberal arts degree, so it doesn't matter. You can check the other degrees though- those degrees use specific courses *not numbers.

With the business degree plans the only course that was guaranteed to be upper level was the capstone course. Everything else could likely be fulfilled at a CC within the 80-credit transfer limit, and you could then test out of remaining credits to, in essence, complete a degree with just about all lower level credits. Not sure how the business degree plans have changed, maybe someone who's graduated more recently can shed some light on this.
I m edumakated thanx to distunce lerning.

Ok, so they aren't as "generous" as they once were...thanks
Please just get an eval done at TESC and see how they assign your credits. I have had very good luck with some of my 200 level credits transferring in and being assigned a much higher course level number. They only take 80 CC credits by the way. Also some of my business credits transferred in at a higher level.
