I use Strayer University as my testing center for CLEPs and DSSTs. While there today I was given a sheet showing Strayer's equated courses for DSSTs. I noticed that some of these are considered upper level at Strayer but not at TESC. This may be nothing, but I believe TESC accepts as upper level credit just about any class as long as it's on your transcript from a school that counts it as such. While I don't need to do this myself, I thought that perhaps someone else who may need upper level credit and can figure out how to get these on a Strayer transcript then transfer them to TESC might want to give this a shot. I dunno, perhaps take the DSSTs you need, apply to Strayer, take an easy course there and then transfer to TESC? I'm not sure how you'd do it but for what it's worth here are the DSSTs that Strayer counts as upper level that TESC normally does not:
DSST Principles of Statistics = Strayer MAT 300
DSST Civil War & Reconstruction = Strayer HIS 317
DSST Human/Cultural Geography = Strayer SOC 300
