Upgrade to phone system on May 25

The University is adopting a new phone system that will enhance our ability to connect with, serve and support our students. We hope to finalize the transition on Tuesday, May 25, and will keep you apprised as we move through implementation.

We expect little to no impact on our student support functions and minimal interruptions to services during the switchover. However, if you encounter any difficulties in getting through to us by phone on May 25, please use the University's homepage Chat feature or email Enrolled@tesu.edu so a HelpDesk ticket is created for you and routed quickly.

Probably not important to most people but it's still posting it here for anyone who might have missed the email.
