Coursera and edX don't control those programs. The schools design the program, set the admissions requirements, have their own instructors record lectures, and their instructors grade and teach the classes. I don't know about this DBA, but UpGrad typically provides the course materials and instruction, which I've heard are subpar.
Their application process makes them appear mill-ish. Even in comparison to open entry schools in the U.S., their admissions process is questionable.
