I second the notion of asking the program. There might be subtleties that aren't easily discernable from the website. For example, it may matter that you are a foreign student. In the worst case, they verify that they WON'T take the UofPeople degree and you can proceed accordingly.
The other thought I've had is that although most US RA universities won't take NA credits, foreign universities are much less likely to notice or care about the NA/RA difference. They are more likely to just care that the accreditation is recognized by the US Dept. of Education.
