For the time being... It's somewhat hard to find or pretty rare to have graduate level classes under $200/credit nowadays (or their foreign equivalent after an evaluation is completed). I'm still a bit torn on this though, you can always look for UK Level 7 and 8 diplomas and have them evaluated, similarly, you've got CLEA, ENEB, and other possible ECTS credit options.
