Not all Christian universities are like Liberty. I think it's disingenuous to say that you know what you're getting into when you enroll at a Christian university. Not all Christian universities teach Young Earth Creationism, and not all Christian universities require students to quote the Bible in secular courses.
At a more mainstream university, you don't really know what your professor's politics are going to be or whether they'll incorporate their politics in their teaching because your professor will have academic freedom. At Liberty, professors are required to teach how Liberty wants them to teach. Some professors take a job with Liberty out of desperation, even though they fundamentally disagree with the school.
In addition to Young Earth Creationism, Liberty's poor reputation comes from the Falwell family's dysfunction and hypocrisy (pool boys, addiction, hidden homosexuality, and racism), being heavily involved in politics at the organizational level, not charging rapists and punishing rape victims, illegally engaging in for-profit activities as a non-profit organization, and firing whistleblowers for reporting Liberty's failure to investigate rape reports. What is disingenuous is to pretend political bias at many universities is simply an exercise of academic freedom by individual professors rather than the more pernicious truth, that many colleges plan indoctrination into their courses at least the required courses. I have posted about this recently regarding Winthrop University and more than a year ago concerning SNHU. No matter your political beliefs, one should be offended that bias, in any form, is hidden within curriculum.
If we define science as observable, repeatable and provable then Darwinism must be dismissed. Before you mock creation science I invite you to examine the abundance of scientific evidence at http://www.answersingenesis.org and http://www.creationmuseum.org. Scientia Vos Liberabit!

I've taught at three colleges/universities where I could design my own courses, and we never had a meeting to plan our political indoctrination. LOL.
Sir/Ma'am, I've studied the origins of the Bible and Judaism more than most Christians, I also have multiple life science-related degrees, and I teach biology in my courses. I am already familiar with the apologetics. I encourage you to listen to a wider variety of Bible academics.
Interesting piece of data: In the 2023-2024 school year, Liberty had over 124k online students and over 16k residential students. That explains why many in the general public think it's an online school.

I took online classes at LU for a few semesters. Every lesson and discussion board posting had to include a Bible reference and discussion about how it pertained to the topic and your experience.
My last class there was Global Communications in their school of business. The course description in no way matched the actual course once the class began and I was provided the syllabus. This business class was actually the students picking a target and spending the semester attempting to convert this target to Christianity with weekly reports. The final paper was the student writing about if they were successful or not and what they could do to be more efficient and converting people.
