Universidad Virtual Educanet de Mexico - UVE
#1
This is a private Mexican university and all their degrees have RVOE, fully online that seems to have fewer hurdles to sign up for the degree or pay tuition like other Mexican universities.
I can't find official tuition on the website, but some pages say monthly tuition is 2000 MXN a month (106 USD) on average, some degrees cost more, others less. Can't find costs of their masters degrees. I don't know if tuition is charged by quarter or month, which makes estimating full cost of the degree to be hard without more info.
I notice their degrees are filled with filler courses and for example, their marketing degree has very few courses that are fully related to the degree. Most bachelors last 3 years 8 months, but the shortest degrees only last 2 years 8 months.

One thing that is quite interesting is the university claims to be rather transfer friendly and will exempt courses if you have done them elsewhere.
It could be a matter of having someone get a Pierpont BOG degree with Sophia courses in math, Business or maybe a google certificate and be a guinea pig. There is a limit to how much a bachelors could be shortened. The mexican government stipulates a bare minimum of months to validate a bachelors degree, but this could accelerate it a few months and save several hundred dollars.
Requirements are streamlined: birth certificate no older than 6 months, curp, proof of address like a utility bill, highschool diploma and 6 photographs.
All payments can be done via bank transfer or credit card. No mention on the website the requirements or additional costs for foreigner students.
The tricky part for bachelors is to perform the social service abroad or online. This university has a partnership with the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, which allows students to do their internship at any Mexican embassy or consulate worldwide 4 hours a day 5 days a week for a minimum of 80 hours.

Bachelor degrees:

Business administration
International commerce
Digital communication
Public accounting
Law
Education
Marketing
Pedagogy
Psychology
Biotechnology Engineering (aimed at pharmacology. Has a lot of physics and chemistry courses)
Logistics and transportation
Industrial and administration engineering
Software engineering

Masters degrees

Sales direction
Digital marketing and E commerce

The biotech degree is tempting, but I'm not sure my Spanish is good enough for science. Or writing papers, to be frank. Sigh.

There is always the possibility of doing super intense immersive Spanish classes for 6 months to reach B2. I myself was surprised this particular degree was being offered since I'd expect students would need to do lab experiments.

I'll have to add that to the list of classes I need to take!
