I don't think this has been posted elsewhere, but has anyone else seen that UniAthena has suddenly released a load of new graduate offerings, including diplomas and masters with both their current University partners and 3 new ones.
New from Guglielmo Marconi University
Master in Public Administration
Master in Public Health
Postgraduate Diploma Public Administration
Postgraduate Diploma Data Science
+more...
Also 3 new University partners
Girne American University (Cyprus)
Masters in International Business Law
Carolina University - USA TRACS nationally accredited
MBA
Abertay University - UK
Global MBA
I'm pretty excited about this - especially the postgrad Diploma in Public Administration - that would be a great add on to an MBA.

Carolina University has been mentioned on the forum. For the price, one can go to an RA MBA program. There are MBA programs that are even less and RA. $15K a year for 24 credits at an NA school is not exactly cheap.

They have an interesting offering, the DBA at $14K and International MBA/DBA combo at two different universities for $16K... It seems they're bumping the pricing up a bit, a grand at a time. I wrote about them and their partnership with DCAM a year or so ago when they were $13K... And there was a recent thread which I haven't looked for in regards to this partnership.

I'm not sure where you're getting $15k from, it's $9k for the whole MBA.

It says $15,700 which includes a $750 international fee which may or may not apply depending on the student.

This post is talking about taking degrees through the UniAthena.com platform, where the degree is then awarded by the different universities.
It's $9k. https://uniathena.com/master-of-business...n-carolina
Plus the Global MBA from Abertay University is only $8.3k. That's a pretty good price for a UK MBA. https://uniathena.com/global-mba

And it's an NA school. People really need to do their research. It's also 2-4 years which is pretty slow for an MBA. You can get an MBA for around $10K from an RA school in the US. International students in particular need to pay attention to the RA and NA thing. The NA is also through a religious accreditation body and not one of the better NA accreditation boards. No idea why you would even go through Athena for this. Athena looks like it's part of a for profit parent company.

Yes, as I put in the original post, Carolina University is TRACS Nationally Accredited. Guglielmo Marconi University is a Italian government accredited University, and Abertay University is a UK public university with the full authority to issue degrees. Girne American University is a bit more suspect as it is registered in Northern Cyprus, which may not be recognized by a lot of European countries.
We post here so people have new leads to research. UniAthena offers international degrees at fairly low prices and with a lot of flexibility. You may not see the point in it, but others may research it and find they do like it and prefer its format to going straight with the universities (if that option is available).

TRACS isn't the greatest accreditation. All of these layers is very suspicious. Athena Global Education - UniAthena's actual name - is a subsidiary of westford Education Group. This sounds like a for-profit pyramid scheme of some sort. The layers and layers of different names piled on top of each other doesn't provide for legitimacy. If one wants a degree from Carolina University, then just apply to them directly. You're better off than going through all of these other companies.
CU is also EXTREMELY religious. The school is over 100 years old and still doesn't have RA status which is suspect.

That Master of Public Health looks mighty attractive. I'm not in the market for any more degrees though. I've had enough. I'm stuffed, lol.
