They have what is perhaps the least expensive WASC-accredited MBA anywhere.  I haven't checked any of the other programs to know if they're offered online.  Currency denomination is Kenyan Shillings.  I'm pretty sure I did the conversion properly.

They offer only one online program, and it's the MBA
USIU Tuition Link: https://www.usiu.ac.ke/masters-costs/
XE Currency Conversion: 225,073.00 Kenyan Shillings = 1,977.2902 US Dollars

For those looking for a Doctorate/PhD, they don't have any online options
But wow, their doctorates are as inexpensive as their Masters degrees

Interesting. Accredited by WASC.

The tuition chart for the online MBA mentions 9 units. I think this might be the per semester charge, as the program brochure says 45 units are required for the MBA. If you multiply the costs by 5, you end up at just under 10k USD for the online MBA.

Reasonable for an RA MBA? Absolutely. But not unheard of levels of cheapness, either.

Here's the chart:

9 units are KSh21,905 for those outside East Africa.

The total cost, including additional fees, is KSh225,073. That's presently US$1,976.33.

MA in Educational Technology Leadership, George Washington University
18 doctoral level semester-hours in Business Administration, Baker College

I still read that as 9 units at 21k each. Not 21k for 9 units. I can’t see how that isn’t a price for each term. Look up at the other chart where the on-campus program is 1.2 million.

Moreover, 9 times 21,905 is exactly 197,145. The chart makes no mention of needing 45 units to graduate.

Hmm. Now I think you're right and that I was too hopeful.
