I'm currently in the navy reserve now,
My question is, why do you want the navy to validate your credits? the navy is not a degree granting organization, you can accumulate credits by taking specialty training in which ace credits are granted.the recruiter dont have nothing to do with this specially when you're dealing with credits only and not a completed degree.
Once he joins, then he can deal with the credits with the navy college program department, the credits will be in his military smart transcript.
There is a place where he can send a transcript of clep or dsst exams taken and they will add them to his personal transcript.
